The Heart of Our School.
Meet…At Judson, our teachers make all the difference. Each classroom is led by a licensed early childhood educator and supported by trained assistants who bring warmth, creativity, and years of experience to every day.
We know that when children feel safe and loved, they’re ready to learn. That’s why our staff builds close relationships with every child and family — creating a true sense of belonging.

Meet Lisa
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
My name is Lisa, and I have been a part of the Judson Community for 10 years, in some capacity, whether it was on the board, an assistant teacher, leading the lunch bunch program, a lead teacher, and now the director!
I am a Mom of three girls, who all attended Judson as well, so this is like a second home, and it holds a special place in my heart! I hope that you will love it as much as I do.
Meet Kelly
BLUE ROOM LEAD TEACHER
Kelly is the lead teacher on our blue room team. She holds a B.S. in Child and Family Studies and specializes in child-led curriculum and social-emotional development. Kelly often says "when children choose what they are learning about, they will dig deeper and try more new things." Outside of her professional life, Kelly is an avid traveler and reader who enjoys exploring the outdoors and hiking with her family.
Meet Jennifer
LEAD GREEN ROOM TEACHER
My name is Ms. Jennifer and I love teaching Preschool! I am the Lead Teacher in the Green Room. I enjoy building a warm environment in my classroom- filled with discoveries, wonderment, new friendships and most importantly, PLAY! I believe in educating the whole child, building social-emotional skills alongside nurturing academic curiosities.
I'm thrilled to be a part of the Judson Preschool community for upwards of 15 years! My three children attended Judson and this is my 8th year working at the school, my 5th as a Lead Teacher. I hold a B.A. in Mass Media Communications from Marymount University, VA and am currently pursuing a B.S. in Early Childhood Education at St. Kate's University. I also teach yoga and pilates at local studios and the YMCA. I love sewing, crafting, music, and finding new ways to move my body every day. I bring these principles into my classroom- teaching mindfulness, yoga, and kinetic awareness. Children learn best when they can move their bodies!
